Anglo Asian Mining starts copper concentrate sales from Demirli mine

Anglo Asian Mining Plc (LSE:AAZ, OTC:AGXKF) told investors it has commenced copper concentrate sales from its Demirli mine in Azerbaijan.

The company said the sales were made under its contract with Trafigura, which was announced on 3 November 2025.

From 17 November to 30 November, Anglo Asian sold 2,055 wet tonnes of concentrate containing 351 tonnes of copper metal.

The sales generated provisional gross revenue of $3.60 million before the government's share. The company has also opened a logistics centre near Ganja to store and dispatch material without requiring Trafigura trucks to enter restricted areas.

"We are continuing to make great progress at the Demirli mine, which was brought into production on time and on budget," said CEO Reza Vaziri. "We have now completed our first copper concentrate sales to Trafigura".

He added that the new logistics centre supports efficient deliveries and noted record mining volumes achieved in November.

The company noted that it has mined nearly two million tonnes of rock during the month, including 195,384 tonnes of flotation ore at 0.54% copper.

Earlier this week, Anglo Asian was the subject of potential takeover interest from ACG Metals.
