The ASX Ltd (ASX:ASX) has appointed complex technology change specialist Deidre “Dee” McGrath to its board.
ASX told investors that McGrath brings a strong record in leading major technology projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries, with experience spanning both executive and board roles.
Chairman David Clarke said McGrath’s experience in navigating complex operational and regulatory environments would support the exchange as it undergoes significant change.
“Her proven ability to lead businesses through complex transformations, manage regulatory demands, and her strong background in governance and risk management of technology projects and cyber will be highly valuable to ASX at a critical time of change,” Clarke said.
McGrath also serves as a director of Revolut Australia and health insurer GMHBA.
