Futura Medical PLC (AIM:FUM, OTC:FAMDF) has announced the resignation of Harmesh Suniara as non-executive director. The departure follows a reduction in Lombard Odier Asset Management’s shareholding after the recent fundraise.
Suniara had joined the board in March 2025 as Lombard Odier’s representative. “The board would like to express our gratitude to Harmesh for his dedication to the company during his tenure as non-executive director; his advice and guidance have been invaluable ahead of the completion of the fundraise,” said Andrew Unitt, non-executive chair.
