Algernon Health (CSE:AGN, OTCQB:AGNPF) closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$210,000 through the sale of 3 million units at C$0.07 each.
Proceeds will support the company’s Alzheimer’s Disease program, including opening its first US AD clinic, and cover general administrative and working capital expenses.
