Serabi Gold (AIM:SRB, TSX:SBI) shares climbed on Friday after the miner reported interim results, covering the nine months to 30 September, which show gold production rose 19% year-on-year to 32,634 ounces.
It included a record third quarter, which yielded 12,090 ounces.
The company posted earnings (EBITDA) of $48.2 million, up 95% on the same period in 2024.
Net profit for the nine months was $34.9 million with earnings of 46.1 cents per share. Cash at quarter-end stood at $38.8 million, with net cash of $33 million. Gold sales averaged $3,244 per ounce, while the all-in sustaining cost was $1,816 per ounce.
Operational highlights included strong contributions from the Coringa mine, which exceeded plan due to ore sorting of stockpiled low-grade material. Exploration drilling across both Palito and Coringa totalled nearly 28,000 metres.
“The nine months to 30 September 2025 have delivered strong financial and operational performance for the company placing us firmly on track to meet full-year guidance,” said Colm Howlin, chief financial officer.
Serabi shares were up 5p or 1.9% changing hands at 270p, having seen as high as 290p in earlier exchanges.
