Deere & Company (NYSE:DE, XETRA:DCO) shares dropped 5.2% Wednesday morning after the farm equipment giant reported stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings but offered a cautious outlook for fiscal 2026.

The company posted Q4 revenue of $12.39 billion, well above analysts’ estimate of $9.82 billion, marking an 11% year-over-year increase.

Workday Inc (NASDAQ:WDAY) shares slid 10.3% in early trading Wednesday, despite reporting stronger-than-expected quarterly earnings and revenue, as investors weighed concerns over the durability of growth in a slowing macroeconomic environment.

The enterprise software company posted non-GAAP earnings per share of $2.32, beating analyst expectations by $0.15. Revenue came in at $2.43 billion, slightly above the consensus forecast of $2.42 billion.

Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ:URBN) reported record third-quarter earnings and revenue on Wednesday, driven by broad-based growth across its brands and a surge in subscription revenue, sending shares up 12.7% in early trading.

The lifestyle retailer posted earnings per share of $1.28, beating analysts’ estimate of $1.19, while revenue rose 12.3% to a record $1.53 billion, exceeding expectations of $1.48 billion. Net income for the quarter reached $116.4 million.

Versarien PLC (AIM:VRS, OTC:VRSRF) shares sank 38% to 0.006p, valuing the troubled engineering materials group at about £330,000, after the company said a potential buyer had pulled out of a deal to acquire its remaining assets.

The group, which has been attempting a far-reaching restructuring, disclosed that a UK-listed suitor had withdrawn from non-binding heads of terms agreed last month.

Shares in 88 Energy Ltd (AIM:88E, ASX:88E, OTCQB:EEENF) gained about 5% to 1.1p after the company mapped out its 2026 production testing plans for Project Phoenix on Alaska’s North Slope.

The key step will be the Franklin Bluffs-1H horizontal well, scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. Before drilling the horizontal leg, 88 Energy will sink a pilot hole to evaluate three target zones (the SMD, SFS and BFF) followed by wireline logging and suspension while engineers design the lateral section.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) shares rose about 4% to 11.22p after the company announced encouraging results from the Mateguafa 6 appraisal well on the Tapir Block in Colombia, where it owns a 50% beneficial interest.

The M-6 well hit several hydrocarbon-bearing zones and has been brought onstream in the Carbonera C7 formation, which contains around 18 feet of net oil pay.
