Small cap news

Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) has landed new automotive contracts in Europe and Japan. The deals lift the initial lifetime value of all automotive awards to more than $400 million, most of which is expected before 2028.

Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, ASX:A11, OTCID:ALLIF) is securing another £2 million from Long State Investments. The funding helps push its Ghana lithium project forward without taking on expensive finance.

Rome Resources Plc (AIM:RMR) is raising another £200,000 to support drilling in the DRC. Most of the placing goes to JLE Group, with new warrants included as part of the deal.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has hit strong initial production at its Mateguafa 6 well in Colombia. The well is flowing 824 barrels a day and more zones are lined up for testing.

88 Energy Ltd (AIM:88E, ASX:88E, OTCQB:EEENF) has set out its 2026 drilling plans for Project Phoenix in Alaska. The Franklin Bluffs-1H well is set for the third quarter of 2026, with prep work already underway.

NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd (LSE:NESF) has appointed Tony Quinlan as its new chair from December 2025. He replaces Paul Le Page, who returns to his role as non-executive director.
