Royalty Management Holding Corp (NASDAQ:RMCO) reported strong third-quarter 2025 performance, driven by its portfolio of resource-driven and technology-focused royalty assets, and signaled continued expansion opportunities into 2026.
For the three months ended September 30, 2025, the company posted total revenue of $1.3 million, up from $146,000 in the same period a year earlier, reflecting significant growth in its environmental services business.
Gross profit for the quarter came in at $146,000, compared with $140,000 in Q3 2024, while the net loss from operations narrowed to $98,370 from $169,471 a year earlier.
For the nine months ended September 30, total revenue reached $3.55 million, a 532% increase from $562,000 in the same period last year, with a net loss of $257,729, slightly improved from $290,572 in 2024.
CEO Thomas Sauve highlighted new strategic investments aimed at driving future royalties. “One exciting key investment this past quarter has been an agreement to invest the capital needed for patent creation surrounding new refining and separation technologies at ReElement Technologies Corporation,” he said.
“Royalty Management will have the right to receive royalties on refined element sales in exchange for its investment. This development has the potential to be a meaningful contribution to our portfolio and revenues and will allow RMCO to invest in more mining operations in the rare earth and critical mineral sector.”
Royalty Management’s portfolio spans rare earth projects, metallurgical coal, sustainable agriculture technology, and advanced magnet development. Notable holdings include NeoRe, ReElement Technologies, FUB Mineral, Advanced Magnet Lab, and Greenhouse Technology. The company is also exploring coal assets for potential rare earth extraction and continues to support environmental services through its wholly-owned RMC Environmental Service, which covers much of the parent company’s operating expenses.
Sauve also teased upcoming developments from other portfolio holdings, including The Vault Holding, reflecting ongoing expansion across multiple sectors.
