Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC, OTCQB:VZTCF) told investors it has completed onboarding with Xapo Bank, marking the start of a new custody arrangement for its Bitcoin treasury.
The company, in a statement, described Xapo as a regulated Bitcoin-focused institution offering segregated vault infrastructure and compliance-led operational controls.
The move follows Vaultz’s earlier registration with BitGo in September 2025 as it builds a multi-custodian framework to reduce concentration risk.
“Xapo brings a unique blend of regulated banking discipline and deep Bitcoin custody expertise. Utilising Xapo's platform enhances the strength of our digital asset treasury and supports our long-term strategy to manage our bitcoin reserves with the highest level of security and institutional oversight," said chief executive Eric Benz.
Vaultz noted that distributing custody across regulated and insured providers aligns with institutional best practice. It added that the strategy is designed to enhance safeguard measures for its reserves while supporting operational resilience.
