Good afternoon, and welcome to Proactive's Markets in a Minute wrap for the week.
In what's making headlines this Friday - gold prices have slid to just under US$4,052 an ounce at around lunchtime. Investors reacted to a stronger-than-expected US jobs report for September, which eased hopes of a rate cut in December.
Back on Aussie soil, let's take a look at some of the stocks that made news on the ASX this week.
Green
Kogan had a stellar week on its AGM update, where the company reported $10.1 million in adjusted EBITDA for the first four months of FY-26, with margins at 6.5% — right in the middle of its guidance range.
Lumos Diagnostics also shot up this week on news it's strengthened its US rollout of its FebriDx respiratory test - it's also now secured full U.S. Medicare reimbursement for the test. All seven Medicare contractors now recognise the device at just over 41 dollars per test.

Worley took a hit this week on its AGM, in which management reaffirmed FY26 guidance but warned earnings will be more heavily weighted to the second half due to project cancellations and a business reset.
DroneShield had a rough run this week on two announcements. It plunged following an ASX Aware Letter, in which the company addressed recent share sales and an accidental announcement, citing system upgrades to improve reporting and control. The company's US CEO, Matt McCrann, has also resigned this week.
