Orthocell Ltd (ASX:OCC, OTC:ORHHF) CEO and managing director Paul Anderson talked with Proactive about the growing adoption of the company’s Remplir™ nerve repair device in radical prostate cancer surgeries across Australia.
Anderson discussed how the technology is now being used in over 100 procedures nationwide and is gaining traction among Australian urologists. The increased use of Remplir™ is expected to significantly grow the company’s addressable market in the US from around US$1.6 billion to nearly US$2 billion.
“This really shows the wonderful utility of this product and the adaptability into different peripheral nerve indications throughout the body,” Anderson said.
He also shared the company’s plans for a targeted US product launch following recent FDA approval.
