Deltex Medical (LON:DEMG) has appointed its former auditor Jonathan Shaw as its new finance director.
Shaw, who was the blood monitoring specialist’s senior audit manager for nearly four years while with PwC, was most recently at Grant Thornton UK.
A member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel at the accountancy body the Financial Reporting Council, Shaw is also a specialist business mentor for The Prince's Trust, the charity set up by Prince Charles.
Nigel Keen, Deltex Medical's chairman, said he was delighted Shaw had joined.
“Jonathan knows our business well and has a wealth of management and financial reporting experience that will help us develop our business as we grow internationally.”
Deltex Medical is a British manufacturer of fluid management devices which include the CardioQ-ODM and CardioQ-ODM+, and an Oesophageal Doppler Monitoring (ODM) specialist.
