Liberty Star Minerals (OTCQB:LBSR) has announced a strategic realignment of its mining claims and mineral assets, including the Hay Mountain Project and Red Rock Canyon Gold Project, located in Arizona.
According to the company, the move aims to enhance operational clarity, facilitate asset differentiation, and expand potential for strategic partnerships within its diverse mineral portfolio.
All mineral holdings will be consolidated under Liberty Star Hay Mountain Holdings LLC, which the company said is expected to strengthen organizational clarity and long-term strategic focus.
The multi-mineral claims previously identified as Hay Mountain Target 1 & 2 will be structured within Earp Ridge Mines, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company expects that this dedicated entity will provide a sharper focus on developing the region's diverse mineral potential, with the possibility of organizing additional claim areas within the larger Hay Mountain Holdings LLC similarly as needed.
Additionally, the company’s gold target will be placed within Red Rock Mines, LLC, another wholly owned subsidiary created to advance and highlight what Liberty Star described as an "exceptional gold resource opportunity."
“Our goal has always been to clearly define and elevate the unique strengths of our mineral properties,” Liberty Star chairman Pete O’Heeron said in a statement.
“By establishing these self-contained business units, we can more effectively collaborate with partners who have targeted interests in specific mineral opportunities. This structure not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances our ability to unlock value across our robust asset base.”
