FireFly Metals Ltd managing director Steve Parsons talked with Proactive about a significant upgrade to the Green Bay Project’s Mineral Resource.
The company has achieved a 51% increase, taking the resource to 1.4 million tonnes of copper and 1.1 million ounces of gold. Parsons highlighted that the updated figure reflects 12 months of drilling work, crediting the team’s efforts across Canada and New Zealand.
“This outstanding result cements Green Bay’s status as one of the most compelling copper development projects in the world,” Parsons said.
The upgraded resource now sits at just under 80 million tonnes, with a copper equivalent grade of 2.2%, equating to 1.7 million tonnes of copper equivalent.
