Empire Metals Ltd (AIM:EEE, OTCQX:EPMLF) shares traded higher on Monday after it revealed three directors had increased their shareholdings in the company.
On 14 November, non-executive chair Neil O’Brien bought 87,000 shares at 28.54p, finance director Greg Kuenzel purchased 125,000 shares at an average price of 29.77p, and non-executive Director Peter Damouni picked up 89,335 shares at 27.98p, Empire revealed in a regulatory disclosure.
The transactions increase the respective beneficial holdings to 2.18 million shares for O’Brien, 4.09 million for Kuenzel and 1.4 million for Damouni.
In London, Empire shares were up 7.8% changing hands at 34.48p.
