Nextech3D.ai CEO buys more shares amid growth – ICYMI

Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) earlier this week highlighted multiple growth drivers across its technology platforms, citing strong momentum in AI-enabled 3D modelling, event solutions and spatial computing.

The company said it had entered a new growth phase. CEO Evan Gappelberg told Proactive that recent breakthroughs in AI had sharply reduced its 3D modelling costs—from around $50 per model to under $5. Some simpler models are now produced for as little as $1, depending on complexity.

Nextech3D.ai said its events division had grown rapidly following the rollout of new end-to-end products. These now include blockchain ticketing, on-site badging and AI matchmaking. The company said this had increased average ticket values from $2,500 to between $15,000 and $50,000. Gappelberg said deals were being secured on “almost a daily basis”.

He pointed to 2026 as a year of expected revenue acceleration. Nextech3D.ai said sequential quarterly growth was forecast for 2026 and beyond, driven by its existing product lines and further developments in spatial computing. The company said Meta’s launch of augmented reality glasses could become a key catalyst, supporting wider adoption of its 3D technologies.

The company confirmed that Gappelberg had increased his personal ownership to 29 million shares. He said the move was driven by his belief that Nextech3D.ai was undervalued by the market and was well-positioned to create shareholder value over the coming years.
