Bit Digital sees Q3 revenue surge, boosted by AI infrastructure growth and Ethereum staking

Bit Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BTBT) reported third quarter 2025 revenue that rose 33% year over year to $30.5 million, driven primarily by growth in its WhiteFiber business lines and from higher revenue from Ethereum (ETH) staking.

The digital asset platform also swung to a profit for the period of $146.7 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $38.8 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, a year earlier.

"This quarter further solidified Bit Digital's position at the intersection of what we believe are the two most powerful secular trends of our time: Ethereum and artificial intelligence," Bit Digital CEO Sam Tabar said in a statement.

"Our strategy is centered on building one of the largest and most efficient Ethereum treasuries in the public markets while maintaining exposure to the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure economy through our majority stake in WhiteFiber."

Bit Digital held about 70.7% of WhiteFiber Inc’s outstanding shares as of September 30, 2025.

The company saw its cloud services revenue for the quarter increase 48% to $18.0 million, while sales from ETH staking soared 542% to $2.9 million.

Bit Digital noted that it held 547 Ethereum as of October 31, 2025, which was valued at about $590.5 million as of that date.
