London BTC Company Ltd (LSE:BTC, OTCQB:VINZF) has disclosed that chairman David Lenigas and finance director Rob Scott have both increased their holdings after buying shares on 13 November. Lenigas acquired 1 million shares, taking his position to 51.33 million, or 14.77% of the company’s equity. Scott, through Carimar International Holdings, purchased 153,000 shares, giving him a 0.04% stake. The company, which focuses on building a Bitcoin treasury through North American mining operations and asset acquisitions, said its directors “accept responsibility for this announcement.”
