Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC, OTCQB:VZTCF) has pulled two resolutions from its 26 November AGM following discussions with investors. The withdrawn items, Resolutions 5 and 8, related to a proposed share capital reorganisation and associated amendments to the company’s Articles of Association.
The board said it opted not to proceed after engaging with certain shareholders since the AGM circular was published on 3 November. It stressed the proposals would not have diluted existing holdings. All other AGM resolutions, proxy forms and votes remain valid.
