Mosman Oil and Gas Ltd (AIM:MSMN) has rebranded as Quantum Helium Limited, reflecting its shift toward helium-focused exploration in the United States. The change became effective on 13 November.
Trading in the company’s depositary interests under the new name and ticker, QHE, on 14 November.
Executive chairman Carl Dumbrell said the rebrand marks an “evolution” as the company advances its Colorado helium projects.
