On Holding AG (NYSE: ONON) shares surged more than 19% in late-morning trading on Wednesday after the global sportswear provider reported better than expected financial results for its third quarter 2025 and lifted its full-year outlook.

On, the sneaker brand backed by Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer, posted earnings per share for the quarter of $0.54, surpassing the $0.34 analyst consensus estimate, according to data provided by Bloomberg.

BILL Holdings Inc (NYSE: BILL) shares climbed more than 13% in early trading on Wednesday after Bloomberg reported that the payments and financial automation software company is exploring strategic alternatives, including a potential company sale.

The media outlet noted that Bill is working with a financial advisor to solicit interest from both industry peers and private-equity firms, citing people familiar with the matter.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD, ETR:AMD) shares surged 10% to $261 after CEO Lisa Su laid out an ambitious roadmap to expand its presence in the artificial intelligence (AI) data centre market, forecasting a 60% rise in data centre revenue over the next three to five years.

EnWave Corp (TSX-V:ENW, OTC:NWVCF) announced that it has signed a royalty-bearing, commercial license agreement with Shinyway International Limited, a service provider of cannabis processing based in New Zealand.

Under the terms of the deal, Shinyway has been licensed to use EnWave’s patented Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) technology to produce cannabis products in New Zealand.

Circle Internet Group (NYSE:CRCL) reported a surge in revenue and profit for the third quarter, but its shares fell about 7% to $91 amid investor caution over rising expenses and ongoing investments.

For Q3, the financial technology company that provides digital payments reported total revenue and reserve income of $740 million, up 66% from a year earlier and above Wall Street estimates of roughly $700 million.

Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd (TSX-V:RECO, OTCQX:RECAF) announced that the Kavango West 1X exploration well in Namibia has been drilled safely and efficiently to a current depth of 4,158 metres (m), which is deeper than the originally planned total depth of 3,800m.

The Canadian oil and gas company said it applied for and received approval to drill to about 4,200m based on the encouraging presence of hydrocarbons.

Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) confirmed that the construction schedule at its Sorel-Tracy site in Quebec remains fully on track, with the equipment installation phase set to begin in the coming days.

The Canadian clean energy company said the civil construction works, which began on October 27, are now completed, including foundation preparation and all required technical infrastructure for the reassembly of the main production systems.
