American Resources’ ReElement Technologies receives 2025 Trusted Tech Leadership Award

American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC) announced that its minority holding, ReElement Technologies, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Trusted Tech Leadership Award from the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue.

The award recognizes organizations and leaders demonstrating integrity, innovation, and collaboration among allied nations in advancing freedom, security, and prosperity.

ReElement was honored for its deployment of advanced refining technologies aimed at strengthening US national security and supporting allied collaboration in the critical minerals supply chain, according to the company.

The recognition follows ReElement’s recently announced $1.4 billion partnership with the US Department of War.

Mark Jensen, American Resources and ReElement Technologies CEO, said the award reflects the company’s efforts to support US critical mineral independence.

“Building a technology platform that enables US critical mineral independence wouldn't have been possible without the vision and partnership of Purdue University and our extraordinary team,” Jensen said in a statement. “I am honored to accept this award on behalf of all those working tirelessly to make our country safer and more self-reliant.”

Michelle Giuda, CEO of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, said ReElement was being recognized for aligning its refining technologies with principles of trust, transparency, and collaboration among allies.

“Through the Trusted Tech Leadership Award, we recognize ReElement's leadership in aligning cutting-edge refining technologies with the principles of trust, transparency, and collaboration among allies—helping to strengthen the global critical minerals supply chain and fortify the foundations of economic and national security,” Giuda said.

ReElement joins previous award recipients, including Palantir CEO Alex Karp, Google President and CIO Ruth Porat, Africell CEO Ziad Dalloul, former President of Taiwan Tsai Ing-wen, former President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid, and former NASA Administrator Dan Goldin.

A formal ceremony will take place during the Trusted Tech Summit in Washington, DC, on November 17.
