Monday.com Q3 profit and revenue top estimates, stock drops as outlook disappoints

Monday.com Ltd (NASDAQ: MNDY) reported better than expected financial results for its third quarter 2025 but provided revenue guidance that fell short of the Wall Street forecast.

The project management software provider posted an adjusted profit in the quarter of $1.16 a share, up 36% from a year ago, on revenue that rose 26% year over year to $316.9 million.

Analysts, on average, were expecting an adjusted profit of $0.88 per share on revenue of $312.3 million.

Monday.com also said it expects Q4 revenue of $329 million, less than the analyst consensus estimate of $333.7 million.

“We’re continuing to scale the business responsibly by balancing investment in innovation and go-to-market expansion with strong operational discipline,” Monday.com chief financial officer Eliran Glazer said in a statement.

“This approach enables us to sustain margin strength while supporting durable, long-term growth.”

The company noted that new products now account for more than 10% of Monday.com’s total annual recurring revenue.

Monday.com shares fell 15% to $161.24 in early trading on Monday.
