Shares in SEEEN PLC (AIM:SEEN) rose 11% after chief executive Adrian Hargrave purchased 100,000 shares via his SIPP.
The transaction was completed at a price of 4.8725p per share on 7 November, taking his total holding to 2.4 million shares, or approximately 1.73% of the company’s issued share capital.
The purchase appeared to have boosted investor sentiment in the media and technology platform focused on AI-driven video content engagement.
At the company's interim results in September, Hargrave said: "Our upward turn is now in full swing - both in terms of sales and EBITDA."
"Since the end of the period, we have continued signing up new business and we are confident that we will achieve more than $5 million in revenues during the 2025 full year, with the potential to do significantly better, given that Q4 is traditionally our strongest quarter."
