Novo Resources hits 39.9g/t gold at Tibooburra project

Novo Resources hits 39.9g/t gold at Tibooburra project

Novo Resources Executive Co-Chairman and Acting CEO Mike Spreadborough talked with Proactive about the company's recent developments at the Tibooburra gold project in New South Wales.

Spreadborough discussed strong surface sampling results at the Pioneer prospect, including a standout assay of 39.9 grams per tonne of gold. He explained that the company has been busy conducting mapping and rock chipping in areas not previously explored. “We’re really excited about the rock chips,” Spreadborough said, pointing to seven samples that returned over 4 grams per tonne.

The Tibooburra gold system extends over 20 kilometres, and the company has been consolidating historical drilling data with current surface work to build a clearer understanding of mineralisation. Spreadborough also highlighted the company's broader exploration strategy, with ongoing efforts at the John Bull project near Grafton and upcoming results expected from drilling at the Sherlock target in the Pilbara.

Novo has also recently accessed tenements in the Egina JV area, which had previously been inaccessible.
