Abacus Global Management (NASDAQ:ABL) raised its full-year profit outlook and announced its first-ever dividend after posting a sharp rise in quarterly revenue and earnings, driven by demand for its longevity-based assets.

The alternative asset manager said third-quarter revenue surged 124% to $63 million from a year earlier, supported by growth in its Life Solutions and Longevity Funds segments and higher asset management fees from recent acquisitions.

Peloton Interactive Inc (NASDAQ:PTON) shares jumped nearly 5% on Friday afternoon after the company reported stronger-than-expected fiscal first quarter 2026 earnings and issued an upbeat outlook for the coming quarters.

For the September quarter, Peloton posted revenue of $550.8 million, beating Wall Street estimates of $539.6 million.

Archer Aviation Inc (NYSE: ACHR) shares sank 13% in early trading on Friday after electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft developer announced that it has signed a series of definitive agreements to acquire control of Hawthorne Airport in Los Angeles for $126 million in cash.

The company said the airport will serve as an operational hub for its planned LA air taxi network operations.

Block Inc (NYSE:SQ) shares fell nearly 10% in early trading following the company’s third quarter 2025 earnings report, as the payments and financial technology company missed Wall Street revenue and profit expectations.

The company reported revenue of $6.11 billion for the quarter, up 2.3% increase year-over-year, but below analyst estimates of $6.34 billion.

Expedia Group Inc (NASDAQ:EXPE, ETR:E3X1) reported robust financial results for the third quarter, with revenue and profit growth surpassing Wall Street expectations, sending the stock up 17% in early Friday trading.

The company posted revenue of $4.41 billion, up 9% year-over-year, exceeding consensus estimates of $4.28 billion.

Take-Two Interactive Software Inc (NASDAQ:TTWO) (TTWO) shares fell more than 7% in pre-market trading on Friday after the interactive entertainment provider revealed that the release of its Grand Theft Auto (GTA) VI game has been delayed to November 19, 2026, five months later than originally scheduled.

The company, though, raised its bookings outlook for the fiscal year to between $6.38 billion and $6.48 billion, up from $6.05 billion to $6.15 billion, and better than the Wall Street forecast of $6.18 billion.

The company reported revenue of $4.1 billion, up 10% year-over-year and slightly ahead of analyst expectations of about $4.08 billion.

Argo Blockchain PLC (LSE:ARB, OTCQX:ARBKF, NASDAQ:ARBK) shares fell 9% at 2p on Friday and are down 58% over the past month after the company said it had secured court approval to move ahead with its restructuring process.

The High Court in London has given the cryptocurrency miner permission to convene three meetings on 2 December, for shareholders, noteholders, and its secured lender, Growler Mining Tuscaloosa, to vote on its proposed restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act.

Shares in Savannah Resources PLC (AIM:SAV, ETR:SAV, OTC:SAVNF) climbed 5% to 3.68p after the company completed an oversubscribed £9.2 million placing and subscription to fund expansion at its Barroso Lithium Project in northern Portugal.

The fundraising, which was scaled back due to strong investor demand, saw new shares issued at 3.7p each, with additional funds expected from a separate retail offer open until 11 November.
