Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF) announced the sudden passing of director Colin Kinley, who joined the Board in 2010 and chaired its Compensation Committee.
CEO Stephen Twyerould and Chairman Fred Duval expressed condolences, noting Kinley’s expertise in mining and his valued friendship.
His board seat will remain vacant until the next annual shareholders’ meeting.
