Allergy Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AGY, OTC:AGYTF) said it is evaluating a dual primary listing of its shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as part of plans to expand its footprint in Asia.
The biotechnology group, which is already listed on London’s AIM market, said the move would aim to broaden its investor base and boost liquidity in its shares.
The company believes a Hong Kong listing, together with a possible equity offering, would strengthen its position as a global player in allergy immunotherapy and help attract investors from Hong Kong and mainland China.
Preparatory work is underway, and subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions, the company said it could target the first half of 2026 for the potential listing.
Chief executive Manuel Llobet said: “A dual listing in Hong Kong aligns with our Asia expansion strategy and supports our ambition to become a truly global allergy treatment business.”
