Frontier IP Group, PLC (LSE:FIPP), the intellectual property commercialisation group, said its chief financial officer, Jo Stent, will leave the company by 30 April 2026 to take up a new role with a private equity-backed financial services firm.
Stent will remain in post to oversee publication of the group’s annual results for the year to 30 June and its interim results for the six months to December.
Frontier IP said the search for her successor is underway, with an update to follow in due course.
Chief executive Neil Crabb said: “I am sorry Jo is leaving Frontier IP. She has played an invaluable role during her time with us. Her departure is entirely amicable, and I would like to wish her all the very best for the future.”
Stent added: “It has been such an honour to have been part of Frontier IP, and I wish Neil and the team every success.”
