Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) said on Wednesday it has appointed Patrick Cuddihy as senior vice president of strategic affairs, formalizing a 14-month collaboration with CEO Dave Gagnon.
Cuddihy has played a key role in the negotiation and completion of the company’s Tier 1 strategic alliance in the US, a major step in Charbone’s international expansion.
The Canadian clean energy company said Cuddihy’s expertise has also helped diversify its offering in ultra high purity hydrogen and specialty industrial gases.
“Patrick has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our vision and a strategic ability to advance our priorities,” Gagnon said in a statement. “His commitment, experience, and judgment will continue to be invaluable assets to the company as we pursue our growth across Canada and the United States.”
In his new role, Cuddihy will work closely with the executive management team and support the implementation of the company’s strategic partnerships, Charbone said.
