CrowdStrike price target boosted on AI momentum

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) saw its price target boosted to $600 from $525 by Wedbush analysts, who maintained an ‘Outperform’ rating on the cybersecurity company.

The firm highlighted strong momentum in CrowdStrike’s platform and the growing impact of artificial intelligence on its business.

“CrowdStrike remains one of our favorite tech names and we are seeing deal momentum spread with AI also a clear tailwind for this well positioned tech leader,” Wedbush wrote.

“In a bull case scenario we can see CRWD shares hitting $700+ over the next year as the company executes on its core growth strategy.”

Shares of CrowdStrike traded hands at $552 in the early afternoon on Monday, up more than 60% so far in 2025.

Wedbush noted that increased market and mind share is occurring among new and existing customers as CrowdStrike’s product suite continues to expand across the enterprise landscape over the next 12 to 18 months.

They highlighted strength in CrowdStrike’s Cloud, Identity, and Logscale offerings, along with better-than-expected trends in Data Protection and Charlotte AI.

“Since the start of calendar year 2025, revenue tied to cyber-AI products is significantly above the year-ago period, and we expect to see an accelerating upward trend,” Wedbush wrote.

They added that CrowdStrike is well-positioned to capitalize on AI cybersecurity demand given the strength and stickiness of its Falcon platform.

“We also continue to believe the cybersecurity subsector could be an outperformer within the broader tech space as these resilient spending trends play out, led by the F1 cyber racing car trailblazer CrowdStrike,” Wedbush wrote.

Further, the analysts pointed to strategic AI integration across the company’s portfolio to address rising cybersecurity threats.

“With its current momentum within the AI-cyber space, the company has seen less discounting in the field while new logos are increasing pointing to continued momentum across new customer acquisitions,” they wrote.
