Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) said non-executive director Gerhard Vorster will step down following its annual meeting on 26 November.
Vorster, who joined the board in 2019, also serves as chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. He previously spent nearly three decades at Deloitte in senior leadership roles across Australia, Asia and South Africa.
Chair Kate Hill thanked him for his “strategic insight and steadfast leadership”, saying his contribution had helped shape the company’s culture and long-term direction.
