Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), doing business as Trust Stamp, announced a $4.3 million warrant inducement agreement with an existing institutional investor.
The investor will exercise or exchange certain warrants issued in 2024 and 2025, with exercise prices reduced to $4.20 per share. In return, Trust Stamp will issue new Series A and B warrants totaling over 2.5 million shares, also priced at $4.20.
