Advanced Innergy Holdings Limited executive director & CEO Andrew Bennion talked with Proactive about the company’s debut on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker AIH on Friday, 31 October.
Bennion outlined Advanced Innergy as a material science business supplying insulation, passive fire protection and cable protection systems. These technologies are designed to safeguard critical infrastructure from threats like fire, explosion, and mechanical failure. He explained, “We might protect an oil rig from fire, or we might protect subsea cable from breaking.”
Ahead of the IPO, the company raised $150 million, with most of the capital allocated to acquisitions, particularly to gain a foothold in the Australian market. Looking ahead, Bennion said, “We’ve got a record pipeline of opportunity and a record order book.”
