Journeo PLC (AIM:JNEO) shares buzzed higher after subsidiary Infotec won US$5 million worth of orders to supply platform display systems for the New York subway.
The order, made by Outfront Media Group on behalf of the NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority, is the first for digital out-of-home (DOOH) displays the group has supplied for advertising on subway platforms.
Four new display variants will be supplied in the second half of 2026, using the latest Journeo technology, certified for indoor and outdoor applications in the US.
Journeo said the boards use "powerful embedded technology to manage display performance, provide vital diagnostic feedback for predictive maintenance and maximise system uptime".
"These purchase orders position Journeo well for further DOOH opportunities across transit networks throughout the US," the company said.
The stock rose 10% to 505p.
