ANGLE PLC (AIM:AGL, OTCQX:ANPCY) has officially changed its name to CelLBxHealth plc, marking a new phase for the AIM-listed medical diagnostics company.
The new name and trading symbol, CLBX, take effect on the London Stock Exchange from 8 am today (29 October).
The company said its ISIN and SEDOL codes remain the same, and shareholders’ rights are unaffected.
Its website will move to CelLBxHealth.com. Existing share certificates will remain valid.
