Marc Ducler talked with Proactive about the company’s latest strategic moves as it transitions the Mandilla Gold Project into production. Ducler outlined recent senior appointments made to support the company’s shift from feasibility to development.
"We acknowledge that we need to start putting together the management team that can support us into construction," he said. The company appointed Jed Whitford, who previously helped permit the Ross Cycle project, and Matt Wilson, who brings recent mine-building experience from the Cotai Gold Mine.
