Tertiary Minerals PLC (AIM:TYM, OTC:TTIRF) has named AlbR Capital as its joint corporate broker, following the merger of Peterhouse Capital and Novum Securities earlier this month.
AlbR Capital will work alongside SP Angel Corporate Finance, which remains the company’s nominated adviser and broker.
Tertiary, which explores for copper and precious metals in Nevada and Zambia, said the change takes effect immediately after the merger on October 1, aimed at strengthening its market support as it advances its exploration projects.
