The Small Cap Wrap: ASX 200 and XSO dip, but there was still good news today

The S&P/ASX 200 finished Tuesday lower, shedding 43.10 points, or 0.48%, to 9,012.50. WISETECH GLOBAL LIMITED and CSL LIMITED were the weakest performers, sliding 15.88% and 15.87%, respectively. Over the past five sessions the benchmark is down 0.90% and remains 1.13% below its 52-week peak.

The S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries (XSO) closed at 3,750.40, down 44.50 points (1.17%) today and 0.58% over the past five days.
