Pantheon International extends £400m credit facility to 2029

Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN) has extended its £400 million revolving credit facility by one year to October 2029, citing confidence from lenders and its ongoing focus on balance sheet discipline.

The facility, which can be increased to £700 million with lender approval, has been re-denominated to $402.3 million and €115.1 million to better match the company’s portfolio currency exposure.

The new agreement lowers margins and commitment fees, offering meaningful cost savings. As of 24 October, Pantheon had £34 million in cash and a net debt-to-NAV ratio of 9%.
