Chill Brands Group PLC (LSE:CHLL, OTCQB:CHBRF) announced it has reached a settlement with former professional advisers to resolve disputes that arose during 2024.
The agreement provides for a cash payment of about £210,000 to Chill Brands.
Chill Brands said the deal was reached amicably and reflected “a commitment by both parties to resolve their issues constructively and professionally."
It added: "Both parties consider this matter fully resolved and no further comment will be made on the specifics of the settlement."
