ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM) has confirmed it is engaged in ongoing discussions with several potential partners as it seeks to advance commercialisation plans for its P140 autoimmune platform.
The company's update follows the news last month that a new P140 patent had been filed, which could extend intellectual property protection until 2045.
ImmuPharma noted that it has set up a data room, which is available to potential partners under a confidential disclosure agreement.
It aims to complete a partnership deal before the end of 2025.
Also, ImmuPharma told investors that its cash runway now extends into the second half of 2026, supported by the exercise of warrants and higher monthly cash receipts under its agreement with Lanstead Capital, and it has no intention of raising additional funds.
ImmuPharma added that it will look to strengthen its cash position through deals with prospective partners.
