Astral Resources managing director Marc Ducler talked with Proactive about the company’s latest assay results from infill drilling at the Theia Deposit, part of its 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project in Western Australia.
Ducler said the recently completed program focused on a 120m x 80m section of the Stage 1 pit, now drilled at a 12m x 12m density to support a potential upgrade to measured resource status. He highlighted that results have shown strong correlation with the existing resource model, and many intersections exceeded current resource grades.
“This data pit will be a real moneymaker for us,” Ducler noted, underlining the project's de-risking as it moves closer to production.
