European Green Transition PLC (AIM:EGT) has appointed Mick Kearney as an independent non-executive director.
Kearney is an experienced entrepreneur who previously scaled Snap Printing and Home Instead Senior Care Ireland before successful exits.
He also has a background in sports administration, having served as team manager for the Irish men’s national rugby team and currently leads the EY Mentoring Program for Irish Rugby players.
"I am pleased to join the board of European Green Transition plc and look forward to contributing to the company's next stage of growth,” Kearney said.
