Moca Network, a project of Animoca Brands Corporation Ltd focused on decentralised digital identity, has rolled out AIR Shop, describing it as one of the first loyalty platforms built around verifiable credentials. The platform was developed with Spree Finance, a commerce and rewards infrastructure provider, and launched in partnership with South Korea’s SK Planet.
AIR Shop is intended to make loyalty benefits portable and transparent by tying access and rewards to AIR Identity, Moca Network’s decentralised identity protocol. SK Planet — operator of the country’s largest integrated rewards program, OK Cashbag — is adopting Moca’s enterprise-grade identity stack to bring verifiable, interoperable identity services to its network of 29 million users and 95,000 merchants. The integration uses zero-knowledge proof technology to verify user status without exposing personal data.
At launch, AIR Shop aggregates offers across flights, hotels, car rentals, villas, premium retail and VIP experiences, with travel inventory and packages supplied by BookIt.com. Users can earn rewards up to 31% of spend at participating merchants, depending on membership tier, and can redeem or spend points on-chain for greater transparency.
Access begins with a free Basic Tier via an AIR account. Higher tiers unlock for users who hold verified credentials linked to OK Cashbag’s OCB points, MOCA Coin, or Mocaverse NFT staking. Rewards are issued in AIR SP, a stablecoin-backed loyalty point used within AIR Shop.
