Cettire (ASX:CTT) booked September-quarter sales of $150.3 million, down 3% on the prior corresponding period, as softer US demand offset gains elsewhere. Delivered margin was 15%, reflecting ongoing promotional activity. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $2.5 million—up $500,000 on Q1 FY25 and about $10 million higher than Q4 FY25—while active customers fell 8% to roughly 641,000 amid reduced marketing spend.
Ex-USA gross revenue grew 18% year-on-year, countered by a 15% decline in the US. Average order value lifted to $907, and repeat customers accounted for 68% of gross revenue, up one percentage point on a year earlier.
Chief executive Dean Mintz said the company remains focused on profitably growing in global personal luxury goods through expansion of its supply chain, technology platform and team. Cettire noted ongoing uncertainty in the global luxury market, particularly in the US, and reiterated its emphasis on geographic diversification and self-funded growth. The company aims to maintain profitability through Q2 FY26.
