Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has launched a blockchain ticketing platform powered by the Ethereum network, with wallet integration for Coinbase and MetaMask.
The company said the launch advances its blockchain roadmap ahead of schedule. Nextech3D.ai’s two-phase blockchain strategy originally included a custodial wallet solution planned for the fourth quarter of 2025 and a self-custody personal wallet expected in early 2026.
Following its acquisition of Eventdex, which had already developed a personal wallet architecture, the company is now launching the self-custody wallet first.
The new Ethereum-based platform enables event organizers and attendees to issue, store, and verify tickets as blockchain tokens linked to Coinbase and MetaMask wallets.
Nextech3D.ai said the tickets are designed to be fraud-resistant through immutable smart contracts, programmable for embedded perks or resale royalties, and interoperable across Ethereum-compatible wallets and decentralized applications.
"This launch marks a major leap forward in the event industry," Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg said in a statement.
"By combining blockchain security, wallet interoperability, and AI-driven event automation, we're creating a frictionless ecosystem for organizers, exhibitors, and attendees. It's not just about ticketing-it's about trust, transparency, and value."
Beyond event ticketing, Nextech3D.ai plans to expand blockchain functionality to digital accreditation and credentialing for clients in healthcare, higher education, and professional certification.
The company said it will use the same Ethereum infrastructure to issue verifiable, on-chain certificates of attendance, accreditation, and achievement that can be stored and shared via blockchain wallets.
"Our education and healthcare partners are already using our platforms to manage continuing education and compliance programs," Gappelberg said. "With blockchain accreditation, we're turning those records into verifiable digital assets-giving institutions and participants a secure, permanent record of professional growth."
