Midnight Sun Mining Corp (TSX-V:MMA, OTCQB:MDNGF) said on Monday it has qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market in the US, a move aimed at increasing its visibility and access to American investors.
The Vancouver-based explorer will trade under the ticker ‘MDNGF’ and maintain its primary listing on Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange.
CEO Al Fabbro told shareholders that the company’s US listing broaden its investor base and increases transparency for US investors.
“We have a significant and loyal shareholder base in the US, and this is a logical step toward building upon that base,” Fabbro said in a statement.
“Never has that been more important than now, as we believe Midnight Sun has a significant discovery in hand, and the capital to drive our flagship Dumbwa Target forward to delineate the full potential of this basement-hosted copper system, in one of the top global jurisdictions - Zambia."
