Atlantic Lithium unearths significant potential at Rubino and Agboville projects

Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) has reported significant lithium-in-soil anomalies from Phase 2 and Phase 3 soil sampling across its 100%-owned Rubino and Agboville exploration licences in Côte d'Ivoire.

The Africa-focused explorer said the results confirm extensive lithium trends, while additional spodumene pegmatite occurrences have been identified through geological mapping.

At Rubino, Phase 3 sampling expanded the previously defined anomaly to about 6 kilometres by 2.5 kilometres, while the Agboville licence returned a separate linear anomaly exceeding 5 kilometres.

Chief executive Keith Muller highlighted that the results underscore the prospectivity of the firm's assets in Côte d'Ivoire.

Atlantic Lithium added that multiple spodumene-bearing pegmatite rock floats were discovered within the Rubino licence, with assays confirming high lithium grades. The company is now planning follow-up mapping, auger drilling, and Phase 4 soil sampling to refine future drilling targets.

A corporate adviser has also been appointed to identify non-dilutive funding options.

"The company believes that its licences in Côte d'Ivoire demonstrate significant value potential through lithium exploration," said chief executive Keith Muller.

"To be undertaken alongside its advancement of its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, the company has, therefore, commenced a formal process to explore funding options, considering minority, project-level investment or partnerships, to accelerate its exploration of the two licences."
