Resolution Minerals CEO Craig Lindsay talked with Proactive about the company’s latest $2 million capital raise to fund development at the Horse Heaven critical minerals project in Idaho.
This new financing follows a previous $25 million raise and is supported by Tribeca Investment Partners, a well-known institutional investor with a strong focus on critical metals. Lindsay highlighted the significance of the new backing, stating: “The fact that Tribeca has come in and put a bit of a stamp of approval on this company by writing a check for $2,000,000 at $0.08 a share is just a strong commendation for the work that we’re doing.”
Funds will be used to advance Horse Heaven through extensive drilling of between 40,000 and 60,000 feet, metallurgical testing of antimony and tungsten, and permitting work for a new plan of operations.
Lindsay also commented on broader industry developments, noting a high-level meeting between Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and US officials regarding critical minerals. He said Resolution had been approached by the Australian government to provide input on permitting and development challenges for US-based critical minerals projects. He hopes permitting fast-tracking will be on the agenda.
